- Hike, swim, river raft, go blackwater tubing or mountain bike in the Kogelberg Nature Reserve (maps at the Tourism office in the Main Road).

- Spot Whales while hiking in the Kleinmond Coastal and Mountain Reserve 9 June – Mid December.
- Stopover at the Endangered African Penguin Colony situated at Stony Point, Betty's Bay – also an old whaling station – see pictures at the Whaling Station Restaurant nearby. Contact number: 028Â 271 5138. Entry fees R10.00 per person.
- Relax at the Harold Porter Botanical Garden to have a picnic or buy fynbos plants. Entry Fees R18 per Adult (various Hiking routes within the gardens and to the waterfalls).
- Visit Rooisand Estuary Reserve to spot the Kleinmond Wild Horses and go bird watching at the bird hide.
- Hire a canoe at Kleinmond Pleasure Boats to enjoy the Botriver Estuary.
- Play golf at the 18 hole championship golf course nearby or the Kleinmond 9 hole course.
- Enjoy beauty treatments at one of our many Spa's – please contact the Tourism Bureau for contact details as there are various Spa's in Kleinmond.
- Sandboarding at Blesberg, which stands a whopping 250m tall with a potential run of +400 meters (also done by SA forest Adventures, see point 1 for contact details).
- Explore interesting galleries, arts, crafts and curio shops at Kleinmond Harbour and Pringle Bay Village.
- Horse Riding at Rooisand.
- Quad Bike Trails in Hermanus, paintball and Kloofing – by SA Forest Adventures.
- White water rafting and River Tubing in Kleinmond on the Palmiet River (Jun-August) – SA Forest Adventures).
