One double room and two rooms with a single bed as well as a pull-out bed in each. Bathroom with bath and shower. Kitchen facilities include kettle, four-plate stove with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, cutlery / crockery, cooking utensils, toaster and percolator and plunger. Fan and fireplace in living area with a braai built in the backyard. DSTV is available but tenants should bring their own decoder and smart card.
